Cycling Lands End to John O’Groats
Three good friends accompanied me on a 1041 mile cycle from Lands End in Cornwall to John O’Groats in Scotland to raise money for TOLFA.

We cycled up and down the cruel Cornish hills, over the River Severn, skirted around the Welsh border, through the stunning Lake District, across the Scottish border, hopped briefly onto the Isle of Arran, looked for Nessie in Loch Ness, couldn’t see Ben Nevis for clouds, and then dragged ourselves up the last few Scottish hills before reaching the finish line.
Phew and ouch! I then had to get back home to pack for India!
I have recently returned from volunteering at TOLFA and would just like to say what an incredible experience I had.
