Taking part in an existing event is a brilliant way to raise money. Get sponsorship from family, friends and even work colleagues! We now have a dedicated page at JustGiving.com.
This means you can create your own page with what you are doing and even add photos and videos. Whether you are running a marathon, doing a sky dive, walking the 3 peaks or something a bit gentler, you can set up your own dedicated web page quickly and easily.
Email it to contacts, post it on sites like FaceBook or even get a mention in the local newspaper. Having an online fundraising page makes it easy for everyone and anyone to donate to your cause.

Set up a memorial page
If you’ve lost a family member, friend or pet, setting up an In Memory page is a lovely way to keep their memory alive and raise money for a good cause at the same time.
Piggy Bank Scheme
Become a small branch on the Tree Of Life For Animals with this very easy way to raise money. Our policy is that Every Penny Counts and in India a little bit goes a long way.
All you need to do is get as many friends, family members or colleagues to collect their pennies and loose change. Then every 6 months collect the money they have saved. It’s amazing how quickly it all adds up. If everyone collected from 10 people then this small scheme would be enough to run our Rabies Vaccination Program for a whole year - that’s 5000 dogs who would be saved from this horrible disease.

Donate Your Mobile
Donate your unwanted mobile phones to us. They will be recycled (which is great for the environment) and at the same time we will receive £2.50 per phone (which is great for the animals of India).
Whatever the age, condition or working order of your old mobile phone it can be turned into funds which will go straight to our animal shelter in India.
Make sure you delete any numbers, pictures and messages, remove the sim card and send the phone (no chargers please) in a jiffy bag to this Freepost address:

Veterinary Surgeries
If you work in a veterinary surgery or have a local veterinary surgery and would like to help the Tree of Life For Animals to grow, there’re always plenty of medicines, equipment and supplies we need so please email enquiries@tolfa.org.uk to let us know what you have to offer us.
Sell Books
Green Metropolis is a website that actively promotes you to recycle your books. Not only are you helping the environment by recycling, raising money for The Woodland Trust and de-cluttering your bookshelf, you are also generating money which you can donate to your favourite charity, the Tree of Life for Animals.
All you do is add the book you want to sell using their very easy system, when someone wants to buy it, post it, once it has been received, £3.00 will appear in your online account. Keep building up the funds until you have run out of books to sell, then withdraw it and send us a cheque!

- Take part in a sponsored fun run, swim, cycle, walk or horse ride
- Get rid of your excess junk in a car boot or jumble sale
- Get friends and family to donate unwanted books and hold a book sale or sell books via Green Metropolis
- Organise a dinner dance, boat party, quiz night or other event
