Dapper Flapper
Flapper is a very dapper dog with a huge personality despite his tiny frame. He has certainly survived his fair share of illness which had proven him to be a real fighter. Distemper has caused him to have a few uncontrollable twitches and despite only having 3 legs he still manages to get around the shelter very well.
So why is he called Flapper?
As he merrily hops along his huge tongue and ears flap comically - well at least it keeps the flies away!
