Kim, our Managing Trustee for TOLFA UK, and her boyfriend Pete, have just signed up for the Hastings Half Marathon.

It will be their first half marathon and they are busy training hard to get ready in time for the 13 mile run on 16th March 2008. They will have lots of support on the day from friends who will be cheering them on, but they are hoping to raise lots of money too for the Tree of Life for Animals (TOLFA).

You can visit their brand spanking new fundraising page they have set up with JustGiving.com. This means that the we can also GiftAid all the money that is donated.

GiftAid doesn’t cost a penny extra to you. It means that we can claim back £2.80 for every £10 that is donated. £10 can buy enough vaccines to protect 40 dogs against Rabies, but £12.80 can buy that little bit extra!
