HOUNDS AT HINCHINBROOKE
Charity Dog Show celebrating National VN Week
Hinchinbrooke Country Park, Huntingdon
Sunday 18th November 2007
11am -3pm
For the third year running, November is the month that sees Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary surgeries all over the UK celebrate National VN week.
National VN week was established in 2004 to raise awareness of the Veterinary Nursing profession to the general public and their important role within Veterinary practices.
Many VN’s around the UK celebrate by holding Open Days and arranging events o raise awareness, have fun and raise money for charity at the same time. There will also be a team of Vets and Vet Nurses at Kensington Gardens, London on Saturday 17th November at 10am until 3pm. Find out more about VN’s and the national VN Week at www.bvna.co.uk
Cromwell Veterinary Practice in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire have planned a fabulous dog show in a local country park on Sunday 18th November. The day will also include an agility demonstration, cake stand, fun & games and Veterinary Nursing career advice.
All monies raised on the day will be donated to 2 chosen charities and we feel very privileged that they have chosen TOLFA to be one of the chosen ones alongside the British Hedgehog Preservation Society.
We will have a stand at the Dog Show to highlight the work we do at our animal hospital in India, so if anyone wants to visit - come and say ‘Hi’ and join in the fun.
